Ed Fiandach

Fiandach, a Rochester New York trial lawyer, is ABA Board Certified in DUI defense, is a Past Dean of the National College for DUI Defense and is the owner of the Rochester based law firm, Fiandach & Fiandach. He is a 1975 graduate of St. John Fisher College, a 1978 graduate of Albany Law School and is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Rochester where he teaches Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. He is the author of New York Driving While Intoxicated, New York Driving While Intoxicated 2d, New York Driving While Intoxicated 3d and Handling Drunk Driving Cases 2d which are all published by Thomson Reuters. He is Board Certified in DUI Defense by the American Bar Association and is a frequent lecturer and is the author of numerous articles and has successfully litigated numerous appeals in both the New York and Federal system.
