Donna Aldea, head of Appellate and Post-Conviction litigation, and partner Alexander Klein recently won a second appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of Kevin Callahan, who was 26 years old when he was killed by a police officer while unarmed.
The favorable decision, which means that this case will get a new trial, was featured in various media including News 12 and Law360.
