After Bruce Barket and Aida Leisenring's successful argument to the Court, a special prosecutor has been assigned to take on the case against former Broome County District Attorney Steve Cornwell.
According to current Broome County DA Mike Korchak, the case will be prosecuted by Schuyler County District Attorney Joseph Fazzary.
