About

A founding partner, Mr. Kearon received his law degree from St. John’s University in 1985 and began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in Nassau County. Since joining private practice, he has defended a wide variety of clients against criminal charges in both federal and New York state courts. He has a remarkable history of success in defending cases involving allegations of fraud, murder, sexual abuse, and driving while intoxicated, among others. Mr. Kearon is a past chair of the Ethics Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association and a former chair of the Nassau County Bar Association’s, Technology and Practice Management Committee. Mr. Kearon’s passion for the defense and best interests of his clients has been widely observed.
