Lou V. Fasulo, Esq.
Louis Fasulo has been practicing for more than 30 years in criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate, and employment law. He is a great strategist and a tenacious litigator. Mr. Fasulo graduated Drew University with honors and a Degree in Political Science and Sociology. He received his JD from Pace Law School where he was awarded the prestigious Dean's Award. He then began an eleven-year journey as a Public Interest Attorney at the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division. He successfully litigated criminal matters from low-level offenses to the most serious offenses. He also was part of the New York County Executive Management team and directed all Staff Development Programming for management, staff attorneys, and support personnel. Since leaving The Legal Aid Society he has been a partner in his own law firm which has evolved over the last twenty years and has been a part of Sullivan and Gallesha firm as of counsel since its inception.
Mr. Fasulo currently focuses on complex commercial and criminal trial work. Mr. Fasulo serves as General Counsel to many medium and small businesses and is currently Counsel to Parkchester South Condominium. In these positions he advises the board and helps implement and execute operational policy for the entities. In addition, he defends the organization in litigation ranging from employment matters to business conflicts.
Lou is the Director of Advocacy Programs and a four-time recipient of the “Professor of the Year” award at Pace University Law School. Lou has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Fordham Law School and St. John’s School of Law. He has taught courses on trial skills, pretrial litigation, forensics, mediation, and advanced seminars on litigation strategies. In addition, he has lectured for the New York City Law Department and has provided in-house trainings for many entities.
