Steven Epstein, founder of the Steven Epstein DWI Defense Institute, working with New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL) ran the 24-hour National Highway Traffic Safety Administration student courts to train officers how to detect an alcohol-impaired driver, and how to perform standardized field sobriety tests, last week in White Plains, New York. The course was taught to 20 attorneys from around the state.
