Alexander Klein represents three brothers who run a Cedarhurst jewelry shop. He filed suit on their behalf against Nassau County and a county detective, asserting they were libeled by a Nassau County news release, accusing them of robbery, assault and unlawful imprisonment, charges that were later cleared after a grand jury declined to indict them.
