Ms. Aloise will work in the firm’s trial group, handling civil rights, personal injury, and complex criminal cases. Ms. Aloise is a veteran prosecutor, having risen through the ranks in both the Nassau County and Queens County District Attorney offices.
She was the Democratic nominee for Nassau County District Attorney in 2025.
Over her 17-year career, Ms. Aloise served as a prosecutor specializing in courtroom litigation, trial advocacy and case strategy, and managed a broad caseload encompassing drunk driving, domestic violence, assault, robbery, kidnapping, burglary, gang violence and homicide. She specialized in litigation-driven prosecution work, prosecuting some of the region’s most challenging cases.
Ms. Aloise graduated with a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Scranton and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She is an Adjunct Professor at Molloy University.
