Martin Tankleff will be lecturing as part of a CLE on wrongful convictions for the Nassau County Bar Association. 

From the program: 

"Mr. Tankleff was wrongfully convicted in 1990 for the murder of his parents in their home on Long Island, and spent over 17 years in prison before his exoneration. Mr. Deskovic and Mr. Tankleff will discuss the failures in the criminal justice system that led to their wrongful convictions, their inspiring path to becoming attorneys following their exoneration and release from prison, and their ongoing mission to help others who have been wrongfully convicted and to promote reforms in the legal system to minimize the risk of wrongful convictions in the future. 

"This program is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys."
