Anthony Palacios is a nationally renowned DRE & SFST consultant and expert witness based in Atlanta, GA. Anthony is a former SFST State Coordinator for the State of Georgia as well as a former SFST/DRE Staff Instructor for the Georgia Police Academy.

Because of Anthony’s expertise in teaching the NHTSA impaired driving training curriculum, he was hand-selected by NHTSA as 1 of only a few SFST Instructors in the country to serve on the national SFST Training Curriculum Assessment Team.

In 2006, Anthony was the recipient of the Outstanding Service Award from the Georgia chapter of MADD because of his role as the SFST State Coordinator at the Georgia Police Academy.

In 2018, Anthony was the recipient of the “Best of the Best” award from the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, an honor given to the top 20 CLE speakers in the country.

Anthony has trained over 5,000 law enforcement officers, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges in the NHTSA Impaired Driving training curriculums and has been a guest speaker at over 40 national & state impaired driving conferences.
